Your privacy is important to me. I take care to handle the personal information you share with me responsibly and in accordance with UK data protection law.

Because of the nature of my work, you may also choose to share sensitive personal information relating to your physical or emotional wellbeing, relationships, sexuality or sex life. This information is treated with particular care and is only collected where relevant to assessing suitability, supporting your wellbeing, providing the work you have requested, and meeting my duty of care.
How I use your information
Your information may be used to:
- provide and administer the programmes, sessions and resources you have requested;
- assess suitability for particular programmes or services;
- process bookings and payments;
- communicate with you about your booking, programme or enquiry;
- support your wellbeing and my duty of care when working with you; and
- send you emails about my work, events and offers where you have chosen to receive them.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link provided in those emails.
How your information is stored and shared
I use trusted third-party services to support the running of my business, including Kajabi for my website, email communications, programmes and payment processing, and Google Forms for some application and intake forms.
Your information is only shared with service providers where necessary for these purposes, or where I am legally required to do so. I do not sell your personal information.
I take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and retain it only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and to meet any legal or regulatory requirements.

Under UK data protection law, you have rights in relation to your personal information, which may include the right to access, correct or request deletion of your data, restrict or object to certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on your consent.
